What we cannot help with
Rental enquiries and bookings. We do not rent equipment and have nothing to hire out. If you reached this address looking for the rental company that previously used this domain, we are not them and cannot pass a message on — please search for them directly.
Licensing decisions. Whether your event needs a charitable bingo licence in Texas is decided by the Texas Lottery Commission's Charitable Bingo Operations Division, not by us. Ask them; the answer is specific to your organisation.
Recommending a company. We do not keep a list of suppliers and do not take payment for mentions. The questions to ask will get you further than a name from a stranger.
If you are writing about a correction
The three details that help most: which page, what it says now, and what it should say instead. If it is a price, telling us the date and the city makes it far more useful — rates in Plano in April are not rates in Fort Worth in November.
Reusing what is here
Print the checklists, hand them to volunteers, adapt them for your own event — that is what they are for. To republish the text or the illustrations somewhere public, ask first; a short email is usually enough.
