We acquired the domain after it lapsed, and we are not able to take rental enquiries, honour old bookings or pass messages on. What this site is
A small guide about running community events in North Texas — mostly bingo nights, fundraisers and the kind of party where somebody has to rent a hundred chairs. It exists because most of the advice on the subject is published by companies who want to rent you something, and it tends to stop at the point where the useful detail begins.
What we do not do
We do not rent anything. No tables, no chairs, no bingo equipment, no sound systems. There is no booking form on this site and no way to place an order, because there is nothing to order.
We do not recommend specific companies. There is no directory here and no listing anybody paid for. The pages about renting explain how to evaluate a supplier, which is more useful and stays true longer than a list of names.
We do not give legal advice. Where rules apply — and for charitable bingo in Texas they certainly do — we point at the body that actually decides. In this case that is the Texas Lottery Commission's Charitable Bingo Operations Division. Check current requirements with them; do not rely on a web page, including this one.
Where the numbers come from
Price ranges on this site are planning estimates gathered from published rate cards and quotes around the Dallas–Fort Worth area. They move with season and demand, and they are marked as ranges precisely because no single number would be honest. Always get a written quote for your own date.
